I want to cancel. Account settings, then cancel. A few clicks, no email needed. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. See our refund policy.

I do not recognise a charge. Charges from us show up as PIANODEMY.COM on your statement. Write to us before contacting your bank, it is faster.

My keyboard is not detected. Use Chrome or Edge, plug the keyboard in before opening the page, and reload. Safari does not support Web MIDI.

I want my data, or I want it deleted. Ask us at the same address. See our privacy policy.
