C dominant 7th chord
How to play C7 on piano
The C7 chord is C E G B♭: C (root), E (major 3rd), G (perfect 5th), B♭ (minor 7th).
Spread four fingers over the four notes, thumb on C in the right hand and the little finger on C in the left.
Each inversion moves the bottom note up an octave. Practicing them in a row teaches your hand the same chord in three or four shapes, so you can reach it from wherever your hand already is.
