About this arrangement

Henry Lemoine was a Paris music publisher and piano teacher. His Études enfantines, Op. 37, are 50 short studies dedicated to young pupils, and teachers still assign them today.

Read the three flats in the key signature carefully. Practise the left-hand runs alone first, since they are where most mistakes happen, then join the hands two bars at a time.

Start with short loops.

Use the section list as a practice map. Start at 50% tempo, loop one section, then return to the full piece once the hand shape feels stable.

Choose Right or Left to focus on one hand. Wait for note checks the highlighted notes as you play them on the screen or a connected MIDI keyboard.

Before you practice.
