B-flat dominant 7th chord
How to play B♭7 on piano
The B♭7 chord is B♭ D F A♭: B♭ (root), D (major 3rd), F (perfect 5th), A♭ (minor 7th).
Spread four fingers over the four notes, thumb on B♭ in the right hand and the little finger on B♭ in the left.
Each inversion moves the bottom note up an octave. Practicing them in a row teaches your hand the same chord in three or four shapes, so you can reach it from wherever your hand already is.
