About this arrangement

It's one of the 40 studies in Czerny's School of Velocity, Op. 299, published in four books to build speed and evenness in the fingers.

Give the left hand most of your practice time. Follow the printed fingering, which uses 5-4-2-1 and 5-3-2-1 groups, and keep the wrist level so the fourth and fifth fingers do not collapse. The right hand only needs to come in cleanly on the beat.
