About this arrangement
It's one of the 24 short pieces of Tchaikovsky's Children's Album, Op. 39, written in 1878.
Learn the left hand alone first: a low bass note on beat one, then two light chords. Once it runs on its own, add the tune and give the accented notes a little weight without hurrying the bar.
