About this arrangement

It's one of Chopin's 24 Preludes, Op. 28, which go through every major and minor key. No. 18 is short but intense, built from fast runs that start and stop like shouted phrases.

Practise each run on its own, slowly and with a fixed fingering, then add the chords that answer it. Use loops of one bar and raise the tempo in small steps.
